Every year, thousands of scholarships were left unclaimed.
The Ministry wanted to make the application process clearer and more approachable for students and families.
I created an animated video with a simple, inclusive tone — used across schools, web and social media.
It worked: applications increased by +37.5%, and the funds finally reached the people who needed them.
